Q How long after I have paid for my item(s) do you despatch them?
A Personalised items are usually despatched within 7 days of cleared payment, non personalised items are usually despatched within 3 days of cleared payment.
Q I have received my item but it is faulty - what next?
A In the first instance advise us by email within 10 days of receipt and we will give you instructions on how to return the item(s)
Q I have made a mistake with my engraving instructions will you take the item back and re-engrave?
A This won’t be possible as once engraved errors can’t be rectified so please make sure you are happy with your instructions BEFORE paying as we cannot be held responsible for your typographical/spelling errors.
Q You have made a mistake and not engraved what we have asked for, will you replace the item?
A If we have made the mistake we will replace the item and we will reimburse you the costs for having to send the item back to us.
Q I have received my item bit it isn’t what I expected can I return it for a refund or exchange?
A We will refund or exchange provided;
• The item(s) hasn’t been personalised
• The item is still in a new re-saleable condition
• You advise us by email within 10 days of receipt
Please be aware you are responsible for the costs involved in having to return the item back to us and you are responsible for the costs for us having to send the replacement to you.
